• Timers and sounds may not always be perfectly accurate
• Delays, missed sounds, or timing differences may occur
• The app should not be relied upon as the sole or official timing system for situations where absolute accuracy is legally or professionally required
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hoot Hall LLC shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or inconveniences arising from:
• Timer inaccuracies or delays
• Missed alerts or sounds
• Device, OS, or platform-related behavior
• Use of the app during games, matches, or training sessions
Use of the app is at your own risk.

Sports Clock Manager offers both free and optional premium features.
Free features include:
• Game clock management for multiple sports
• Breaks and basic timeout handling
• Stopwatch with leaderboard functionality
• A completely ad-free experience
Premium features may include:
• Advanced team timeout management
• Water break support
• Suspension-related foul management
• Customizable game, half, and timeout durations
• Score tracking
• Theme color and sound customization
Premium features are unlocked through in-app purchases handled by the app distribution platforms.
7. No Advertisements
Sports Clock Manager does not display advertisements.
We prioritize usability, focus, and clarity during games and training sessions.
8. Payments and Subscriptions
All purchases are processed by third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store and Google Play.
Subscription management, billing, refunds, and parental controls are governed by the policies of those platforms.
