Welcome to TurnClock! TurnClock is a mobile application developed and operated by Hoot Hall LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). The app provides turn management and clock tools designed to support tabletop games, casual games, and group play.

By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Use of the App

TurnClock may be used for personal, recreational, educational, and casual gaming purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the app complies with applicable laws, house rules, and group or event guidelines.

Children under the age of 13 may use the app. Any in-app purchases must be made under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian, in accordance with platform policies.

3. No Accounts and Local Operation

The app does not require account registration and does not operate its own servers. Most features function entirely on your device.

4. Accuracy Disclaimer

While TurnClock is designed to provide reliable turn and time management, behavior related to timing, countdowns, visual indicators, sound alerts, and notifications may vary depending on device performance, operating system behavior, background restrictions, hardware limitations, and other environmental factors.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Timers and alerts may not always be perfectly accurate
  • Delays, missed alerts, or timing differences may occur
  • The app should not be relied upon as the sole or official timing system in situations where absolute accuracy is required

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hoot Hall LLC shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or inconveniences arising from:

  • Timing inaccuracies or delays
  • Missed alerts or sounds
  • Device, operating system, or platform-related behavior
  • Use of the app during games or group activities

Use of the app is at your own risk.

6. Free and Paid Features

TurnClock offers both free features and optional paid features unlocked via a one-time in-app purchase.

Free features may include:

  • Basic turn management
  • Game or round timing
  • Visual indicators for turns and time
  • An ad-free experience

Paid features may include:

  • Additional visual or sound options
  • Score recording tools

Paid features are unlocked through a one-time in-app purchase handled by the app distribution platforms.

7. No Advertisements

TurnClock does not display advertisements. We prioritize focus, clarity, and an uninterrupted experience during gameplay.

8. Payments

All purchases are processed by third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Billing, refunds, parental controls, and purchase restoration are governed by the policies of those platforms. We do not process or store payment information directly.

9. Feedback

We welcome and appreciate user feedback, suggestions, and ideas. If you choose to provide feedback, you grant us permission to use it to improve the app, without obligation or compensation.

10. Modifications to the Service

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the app at any time, including features and availability. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
